We found that dog a good home. It\u2019s not a crime to rehome an animal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"22936\" data-end=\"23004\">\u201cIt is a crime to sell property that isn\u2019t yours,\u201d the officer said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"23006\" data-end=\"23028\">His voice didn\u2019t rise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"23030\" data-end=\"23049\">That made it worse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"23051\" data-end=\"23190\">\u201cEspecially when you misrepresent ownership.
